It’s fair to say, that we have all been affected in some way by the Coronavirus pandemic. From being in ‘lockdown’ to social distancing and generally adapting to a different way of life, it’s been an unusual and challenging time for us all.

We are delighted, however, that our 4 locations in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Denham and West London, are now open for face-to-face care. 

We are back and looking forward to creating more picture-perfect smiles for everyone!

We are now prioritising appointments based on your needs. If you have not yet received any correspondence from us to reschedule an appointment, please contact us.

Depending on the type of treatment you are receiving, you can request any of the following:

  1. Virtual appointments using the Zoom platform
  2. Telephone appointments
  3. Pre-booked in-clinic appointments at one of our four locations – High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Denham or London Ealing. Please do not visit us without a pre-arranged appointment.

When contacting us by email or otherwise, please provide the following information:

  • Patient name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Description of the service(s) you are interested in
  • Photographs of your teeth identifying your concerns (where possible)

keeping you safe during covid

We understand that you may be a little nervous about going out. The truth is we have placed many robust safety measures at our practices to ensure your safety. It might feel more ‘clinical’ than you remember but we are still maintaining the high level of hospitality and service we are reputed for. Our Orthodontists, Therapists, Nurses and Customer Service Advisors will be wearing safety clothing, masks and visors in line with the current recommendations designed for everyone’s safety. Behind the masks and gear, we are still the same friendly faces!

When you arrive, we will ask you to use hand sanitiser, wear a face mask, take your temperature and request that you to adhere to our practice safety protocols.
